Click on the word Gallery in the menu above.
Click on "Your Personal Ablum"
On the right side of the screen, just above the word Action, there is a button that you click to upload pictures. for some reason the button text is in French but if you hover the curser over it, the help text is in English.
I also put the instructions in the announcement sticky in the story section with the other instructions for stories and pics.
